The 24th Annual CFI Flooring Convention and Expo takes place August 16 – 18 in Orlando, Florida. Produced by the Certified Flooring Installers, the event offers educational seminars and hands-on workshops taught by leaders in the floor covering industry as well as a chance to demo new products and great networking opportunities. The three-day convention begins at 10am, August 16 with an advisory board meeting, followed by a certification team meeting, registration at 4pm and a welcome reception at 6pm.

Millennial shoppers have made a big impact on the way companies are changing things around. When looking at what inspires millennials to buy, a lot of purchases were made from eco-friendly or charitable companies. Products are being pushed by magazines and blogs that are popular in the realm of millennials, such as Darling Magazine and Refinery29.
