CrossCheck SMS Policy

By providing your cell phone number, you have given CrossCheck, Inc. (“us, we, our”) consent to send you text messages in conjunction with the services you have requested. Your cellular provider’s message and data rates may apply to confirmation and all subsequent messages. According to FCC, CTIA, and TCPA regulations and guidelines you agree to the following: 

Text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. No confidential information should be sent via text message. 

If there is any change to your mobile number, you will notify us.  Any revisions to our existing SMS Policy will be posted to our website.  We may terminate our texting program at any time. 

You agree and consent to be contacted by us, our agents, employees, attorneys, affiliates, subsequent creditors, and third-party collectors through the use of email, and/or telephone calls and/or SMS text messages to your cellular, home or work phone numbers, as well as any other phone number you have provided, including the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, auto dialers, or an artificial or prerecorded voice. 

Opt-out or Stop 

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply to any text message sent with STOP, QUIT, REVOKE, CANCEL, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or any reasonable manner expressing a request to not receive further texts.  You may also contact us by any other reasonable means to request an opt-out, including through the methods below.  Your request will stop future text messages from us in connection with that transaction and become effective within two (2) business days of the request. If you initiate another transaction with the same phone number, you consent to receive text messages in connection with that transaction unless you exercise your opt-out rights with that transaction. 

Help or Support 

If at any time you need contact information or information on how to stop text messages, reply to any text message sent by replying HELP. Some of the text message we send may include links. To access these links, you will need the latest versions of either Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Safari.
