Staff members placed 50 gifts under the Angel Tree and contributed enough non-perishable foods to fill three 50-gallon barrels. All donated items were ready for pickup on Dec. 13 at the Petaluma headquarters of the financial services companies.

The 400 pounds of fresh and frozen turkeys were delivered Nov. 25 in time for the mission’s hot turkey dinner celebration (11 am to 7 pm, Wed., Nov. 27) at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. The multi-purpose gathering helps families in need as well as the homeless.
