PETALUMA, Calif. –CrossCheck, Inc., a national payment approval and guarantee company, provided 87 turkeys as a donation to COTS, Committee on the Shelterless, in Petaluma, California on November 11. Employees from both companies participated by donating a 14-18 pound frozen turkey for delivery to the local non-profit. COTS will use the turkeys for their Food Box program for the Thanksgiving meal.

“I'm so pleased that CrossCheck participated in a donation such as this. This was the first year we donated turkeys as a group and all together we contributed nearly a ton of food. COTS provides a truly worthwhile service to our community and we are proud to be able to help,” said J. David Siembieda, CrossCheck President and CEO.

CrossCheck employees donate time and money to several local and national organizations including the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life, the Salvation Army and the Redwood Empire Food Bank.

COTS is recognized nationally for innovative, cost-effective programs to help homeless children and adults. The non-profit organization provides almost 350 beds every night and their Petaluma kitchen serves over 124,000 meals each year. More information on COTS and their programs can be found on their web site at www.cots-homeless.org or by calling (707) 765-6530.
