CrossCheck Promotes Charles Dortch III to Senior Vice President

charles dortch the thirdPETALUMA, Calif. – CrossCheck Inc., a thirty-year leader in the payments processing industry, has named Charles Dortch III its newest Senior Vice President. 

Dortch began his career with CrossCheck in October 1997 and has held management positions in collections, sales, and merchant acquisition where he distinguished himself not only as a top producer but also as an outstanding sales trainer.   

He has led the company into establishing preferred vendor status with trade associations serving industries particularly in need of CrossCheck’s check processing services. 

Over the course of his career Dortch has made substantive and strategic contributions to the company’s development. Besides closing key accounts he has also worked closely and proactively with top executives at CrossCheck’s largest clients to problem-solve and to tailor services to the client’s specific and changing needs. 

In his new position, Dortch will oversee National Field Sales and Corporate TeleSales in both Petaluma and Phoenix and will continue to report directly to J. David Siembieda, CrossCheck’s President and CEO. 

“Charles has been a huge asset to our customers and our sales representatives and I am excited to have him join our Executive Management team,” Siembieda said while congratulating Dortch on his well-deserved promotion.
