Annual File Disclosure: Consumers may request a free disclosure of file information from nationwide specialty consumer reporting agencies once during any 12-month period.

Because CrossCheck’s information is stored pursuant to specific identifiers, and to enable us to conduct a complete and accurate search while also ensuring you are properly identified, please send us a written request containing all of the following:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number (with area code)
  • Driver’s license number and state of issuance

Declined Check: If you are requesting a file disclosure in reference to a declined check, in addition to the information listed above, your request must also include the following additional information:

  • Check number
  • Check date and amount
  • Name of the business you issued your check to

Your report will be sent within 15 days after we receive your completed request.

To ensure consumer privacy, CrossCheck will disclose information only to the consumer to whom the information pertains unless the consumer provides written authorization or a Power of Attorney, signed by the consumer whose information is being requested, authorizing us to disclose information to a third party.

If you find that any information in your file disclosure is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to dispute it with CrossCheck.
