The 2020 NADA Convention & Expo is an excellent opportunity for auto dealerships to increase their business skills while attending the expansive NADA Exhibitor Showcase and participating in workshops, interactive learning sessions, and peer-to-peer learning events. The ultimate goal, of course, is for auto dealerships to increase sales and mitigate risk while saving time and money.
Attendees and presenters are composed of a highly qualified mix of industry leaders, manufacturers, exhibitors, experts, and of course, auto dealership management.
The trade event takes place Feb. 14 – 17, 2020 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, presenting 650,000 square feet of exhibition space, educational sessions, franchise meetings, and networking opportunities for member auto dealerships, non-member dealers and other attendees.
CrossCheck has been a longtime exhibitor at the NADA Exhibitor Showcase where key personnel will discuss payment solutions that have helped auto dealerships increase revenue over the last four decades. Auto dealers are invited to discuss “check processing made profitable” with CrossCheck Senior Vice President Charles Dortch III at booth number 3748C (near the heart of the Central Hall and adjacent the General Motors mega exhibit).
The NADA Show was launched in 1918 to help dealerships selling new cars and trucks improve their revenue streams with the help of tools, tactics, industry trends, new automotive products and technologies, and last but not least, networking.
2020 NADA Exhibitor Showcase
The NADA Exhibitor Showcase is a huge component of the mega event. More than 500 companies — including Fortune 500 companies and start-ups — are expected to show their products, solutions, services and technologies. Their offerings are intended to help franchised new-car dealerships develop growth, boost revenue, and stay ahead of the competition.
More than 10,000 dealerships attend the NADA Exhibitor Showcase each year on average, including 75% of the top 150 dealership groups.
Attendees consist of dealership principals (37%), general managers (25%), marketing managers (12%), chief financial officers/controllers (7%), new-vehicle sales managers (5%), fixed operations directors (4%), web sales managers (4%), pre-owned vehicle sales managers (2%), service department managers (2%) and parts department managers (1%).

Education is another important aspect of the 2020 NADA Convention & Expo. Learning opportunities fall into three main categories.
NADA 100 consists of multifaceted, interactive workshops in six relevant tracks: Dealer/Executive, Recruiting/Hiring/Retention, Digital & Traditional Marketing, Legal & Regulatory, Fixed Ops (parts, service and body) and Variable Ops (sales, F&I and leasing).
Studio sessions are interactive learning experiences between presenters and attendees.
The Exchange connects participants with experts and colleagues in open round-table discussions.
Auto dealership owners and managers have a variety of chances to meet and greet vendors, manufacturing representatives and other auto dealership personnel.
Scheduled events include the NADA Valentine's Day Welcome Reception, Expo Hall Ribbon Cutting event, ADESA Auction to benefit the NADA Foundation, TIME Dealer of the Year Awards, and the Women Driving Auto Retail Brunch.
