Building on the momentum from the first two days of the 2018 NADA Show, the Saturday, March 24 programming delivers more action-packed exhibits, dealer franchise meetings, concurrent workshops and distinguished speakers for auto dealers. CrossCheck’s senior sales team will be located in Booth # 3543C of the Expo (near the NADA Pavilion) where they will be joined by a cast of thousands to celebrate the day with discovery, comradery and networking opportunities. The event takes place March 22-25, 2018 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
As expected, the NADA Show offers a full lineup of new automotive products and technologies; the latest tools, tactics and industry trends; and numerous opportunities for learning and networking that only the National Automobile Dealers Association can assemble.
Lifestyle Experience Pavilions
NADA is rolling out new features this year, including three Lifestyle Experience pavilions (Excite, Explore and Relax) on the Expo floor that are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The Excite pavilion is located in Booth #1067 of the North Expo Hall, featuring department store partner Saks Fifth Avenue. Excite options include personal makeup and skincare consultations; pop-up stores by World of Jo Malone, Moroccan Oil and The Candle Shop; manicures featuring Chanel nail polish; a Blow-out Bar featuring the new Dyson Supersonic; and the NADA Lounge at Saks Fifth Avenue with sofas, refreshments and free Wi-Fi.
The Explore pavilion is situated at Booth #5346C in the Central Expo Hall, and will feature more ways for auto dealers to connect with themselves and try new things such as Healthy Heart Screenings, an Exotic Car Virtual Reality Race, an Immersion Dome Experience and numerology readings.
Last but not least, the Relax experience offers chair massages, mechanical foot massages, sessions at the Mindfulness and Meditation Lounge (Friday & Saturday), and personalized tea blending sessions. This pavilion is located at Booth #2097C in the Central Expo Hall.
Acknowledging the bells and whistles of the Lifestyle Experience pavilions mentioned above, the tradeshow continues NADA’s longstanding tradition of offering more exhibits and networking than one person can fully experience. Consider two million square feet of overall space, over 700,000 square feet of exhibits, and 500-plus manufacturers and suppliers displaying the latest products and technologies in the auto industry.
Auto Dealers Franchise Meetings
Day three continues with Dealer Franchise Meetings — an early group including BMW, Buick-GMC, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen, followed by another assembly later in the morning — Cadillac, Infiniti, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Smart and Subaru.
Concurrent Workshops, Studio & Exchange
Traditional workshops are offered in six primary tracks: Dealer/Executive; Digital and Traditional Marketing; Employee Recruiting, Hiring and Retention; Fixed Operations; Legal and Regulatory; and Variable Operations.
The Studio interactive learning sessions offer collaborative, network-oriented presentations between workshop speakers and auto dealers.
The Exchange enables attendees to participate in peer-to-peer roundtable discussions based on timely topics selected by attendees.
The Distinguished Speaker Series is a forum where experts go beyond the six main tracks, delving into leadership, team building, training, and personal and business success. Saturday’s programming includes a talk by retired NFL great Joe Theismann who will discuss “how to succeed under pressure” during his “Game Plan for Success” presentation.
Women’s Dealer Event
Day three closes with a Women’s Dealer Event at the Lakeside Wynn Las Vegas (an optional ticketed event) and a keynote address by CEO John Krafcik of Waymo, a self-driving technology company with a mission “to make it safe and easy to move people and things around.”
Waymo has struck strategic partnerships with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and ride-sharing firm Lyft on Krafcik’s watch, and has launched a public trial of its self-driving minivans in Phoenix, Arizona.
More Compelling Speakers
Join CrossCheck’s Senior VP of Sales Charles Dortch III, a well-versed expert in the payments sphere, on the Expo floor during tradeshow hours. He and other team members will share their knowledge about CrossCheck's Auto Industry RDC Solution (C.A.R.S.) program.
C.A.R.S. uses Remote Deposit Capture to electronically process and deposit checks with guaranteed funding to dealership accounts in 48 – 72 hours. C.A.R.S. saves time and money while eliminating risk for auto dealers. It also includes two enhancements: Multiple Check helps increase sales by providing customers up to 30 extra days to make down payments while Check on Delivery (COD) mitigates the risk of parts and service sales.
