Industry Affiliates
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
CrossCheck is an active member of several industry-related associations that are dedicated to improving transaction processing and creating new technology and establishing standards for it. These associations are guiding the industry by providing a forum in which members share new discoveries and exchange information to the benefit of consumers, merchants and service providers.
We are currently members of:

Electronic Transaction Association® (ETA)
The ETA is an international trade association that serves transaction processing products and service providers by providing education, advocacy and a forum for the exchange of information. More than 425 organizations from seven countries are ETA members. The ETA provides industry leadership by hosting a number of meetings and trade shows every year, providing education and communication tools and programs, maintaining a web site and publishing Transaction Trends magazine and Interconnect newsletter. The ETA has a credible, unified voice in the industry and provides effective representation for its members.

Infrared Data Association® (IrDA)
The IrDA is an international organization that is dedicated to creating new infrared technology and infrared data interconnection standards that support a broad range of low-cost walk-up and point-to-point devices. IrDA technology is already in over 300 million electronic devices including desktops, notebooks, palm PCs, printers, digital cameras, public phones/kiosks, cellular phones, pagers, PDAs, electronic books, electronic wallets, toys, watches, and other mobile devices. CrossCheck and the IrDA are currently participating in a project to enable wireless payments on a renowned university campus. National Automated Clearing House Association®

(NACHA)

More than 12,000 financial institutions are represented by NACHA's industry councils, including direct members, regional payment associations and other organizations. NACHA develops operating rules and business practices for the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network and for electronic payments in the areas of Internet commerce, and electronic solutions that improve payment systems for its members
and their customers.

Western Payments Alliance® (WesPay)
In addition to providing a strong voice for Western payments companies in regulations and rules-making processes, WesPay provides publications, check clearing services, professional certifications and marketing support for members. Teleseminars, the online Payments Academy, and the Payments Institute provide members a choice of classroom settings for WesPay's payments education programs on topics including ACH, fraud avoidance, and risk management.
