Service Overview

Customer Service is an important part of
CrossCheck and this department is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year to answer questions, provide training, send out supplies and trouble-shoot.
We do not charge additional fees for training or on-going customer service
calls as many of our competitors do. CrossCheck is available at any time
to set-up new locations, provide supplies, train and program your terminals.
